To get the “Stiltsville” specialty license plate for a Florida vehicle, you must have your vehicle registered with the state and apply for the specialty plate, which can be done in person or online at Florida DMV/Tax Collector office. You will need proof of identity, proof of Florida insurance, and the vehicle’s title or bill of sale.
